Standard production time is 7–14 business days depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss your timeline.
Yes, we ship to all states and territories across Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. We also offer international shipping to New Zealand and parts of Asia.
Yes! We offer sample boxes so you can check the quality before committing to a full order. Sample fees apply but are credited toward your first order.
We accept Adobe Illustrator (AI), PDF, and EPS files. All artwork should be supplied at 300 DPI in CMYK colour mode. Our design team can also assist with artwork setup.
