By accessing and using Packova's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Packova provides custom packaging design, printing and manufacturing services for businesses. All orders are subject to a formal quotation and confirmation process. Production begins only upon receipt of a signed proof approval and deposit payment.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and specifications. A quotation is not a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.
A 50% deposit is required before production commences. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. We accept bank transfer, credit card and other payment methods as agreed.
You retain ownership of all artwork and intellectual property you provide. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use all elements including logos, images and fonts. You grant Packova a licence to use your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Orders may be cancelled before production commences. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations after artwork approval. Custom-printed products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the approved proof.
Packova's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
